Jay-Z will perform live at The Roundhouse in London on Thursday 17 September.

The date is in support of his forthcoming album, The Blueprint 3, which is out September 4 via Roc Nation. The release of the album, which is currently being trailed by the Rihanna-featuring single, ‘Run This Town’, marks eight years since the mega-selling rapper’s full-length debut.

"The trilogy has come full circle, says Jay-Z. "Blueprint encompasses the essence of those that influenced me. It pays homage to the soul music our parents played. Musically the album recognises that there is a generation of us that are influencing the next wave of artists. The album lays the groundwork for what can happen next."

As well as this one-off intimate London gig, Jay-Z will also be performing several stadium dates with Coldplay in September.
