Chew The Fat! celebrates its 12th – yes 12th – birthday at The Arches in London on Friday 9 October.

Top of the bill are West London fidget dons Herve and Trevor Loveys, who’ll be teaming up for a set under their Speakerjunk guise. If you’ve checked Herve’s new Cheap Thrills Vol.1 CD you’ll know what to expect: jump-up ghetto-house, big-bottomed electro and party-minded dubstep larks.

Bouncy house maestro Riva Starr will be supporting in Room 1, along with Doorly, Aquasky, Paul ‘Trouble’ Arnold, The Living and Graham Bond.

The Urban Nerds-hosted Room 2 is a must for UK funky fans, with scene godfather Marcus Nasty and Rinse FM’s Spyro heading things up. They’ll be joined by Flirta D, Rattus Rattus, Klose One, Chrome Kids and Ordio Kid. Keyboard Masher curate Room 3 with Frank Milan, JB and Stan Fontan.

Advance tickets are available for £10, else its £13 on the door (or still a tenner if you’re a student).
