Dam-Funk, Funkineven and more have contributed production to the first solo release by Fatima, the London vocalist who works closely with Alexander Nut and Floating Points.

Titled Mindtravelin, the EP will be released on March 22 and features four new tracks. ‘Soul Glo’ and ‘On the Go’ are both produced by Funkineven, a recent recruit to Nut’s Eglo label who’s contributed to Roisin Murphy’s forthcoming album.

West Coast boogie king Dam-Funk lends his touch to ‘Warm Eyes’, while Stockholm’s VeeBeeO produces EP opener ‘Higher’.

In the past Fatima has appeared on tracks by Sa-Ra’s Shafiq Husayn, Floating Points, Funkineven and more; she also frequently shows up as Floating Points’ live vocalist and has worked live with Slum Village.
