It’s All About launches its club night this month with Deep Teknologi, Bok Bok and more

It’s All About is a blog run by Sub FM / B.O.M.B. DJ Alex Deamonds, and features interviews with Radio 1 DJ Mary Anne Hobbs, Nottingham garage king Geiom and more. This month, the blog becomes a clubnight, taking over East London’s Gramaphone club.

Headlining is Deep Teknologi, the UK house crew we profiled on our Producers to Watch in 2010 feature earlier this year. With S.E.F. and T Williams at the core of the faction, Deep Tek’s sound is modern and hard but steeped in house tradition, riding a line between the past and the future that does it for us every time. There’s big movements to come from these guys, so expect to hear more and more from them as the year goes on.

Also on the bill is Night Slugs boss Bok Bok, one of our favourite selectors who now has his own slot – with partner in crime L-Vis 1990 – on London pirate radio institution Rinse FM. Hotflush / Sub FM’s Skipple supports, along with resident Deamonds and MC Shizzle.

It takes place on February 25, entry is free before 10pm, 5 pounds thereafter. Guestlist is now open, you can email requests.
