These New Puritans (pictured), Simian Mobile Disco, The Fall and Hudson Mohawke are among the latest acts to be announced for Field Day 2010, joining the likes of Phoenix, Silver Apples and Pantha Du Prince.

No Age, Lightspeed Champion, Carte Blanche (DJ Mehdi & Riton), Babeshadow, Tamikrest and Yuck are the other new additions.

It’s the fourth successive annual outing for Field Day, and it’s set to take place at Victoria Park in East London on Saturday 31 July.

Other notable acts announced at this stage include Beth Jeans Houghton, Joker, Flower/Corsano Duo, Mouse on Mars, Esben & The Witch and James Holden.
