East London’s Field Day has announced several new acts for this year’s festival.
Deerhunter’s Bradford Cox will play live as Atlas Sound, while Hotflush heroes Mount Kimbie take their live show down. Moderat [above], the collaboration between Modeselektor and Apparat who have a fierce reputation in the live arena join them, as do noise-pop champs No Age.
Also added today are Fake Blood, Gryff Rhys vs Tony da Gattora, Is Tropical, Rory Phillips, Tensnake and The Golden Filter.
They join a line-up that already features Andrew Weatherall, Skull Juice, Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990, Joker, Espen and the Witch, The Fall, Simian Mobile Disco, Pantha du Prince, These New Puritans, Hudson Mohawke, The Flowers-Corsano Duo and more.
