Earlier this week, FACT’s Simon Hampson went in-depth on Body Talk Pt. 1, the first of thre Robyn albums pencilled in for release this year, and the follow-up to the masterful Robyn, a top twenty pick in FACT’s Albums of the last Decade.

Robyn’s status as “one of the most interesting people working in pop music” was talked up, as well as the “bruised and aching” ‘Dancing on my Own’, but the overall conclusion was that the Swede was “holding a little back … not allowing for tension or atmosphere to the built up as she hops between moods.”
