No Age have teamed up with designer Brian Roettinger for a special 24-page book and 10″ release, limited to 1000 copies.

LA-based Roettinger operates the Hand Held Heart label. He has worked extensively with No Age in the past, earning a Grammy nomination for his Nouns cover art, and is responsible for the band’s latest album and single cover designs as well. The new book, published by Artist Music Journals, contextualises that recent work, examining its origins and positing possible future directions Roettinger might take.

The book is accompanied by a one-sided 10″ featuring a three-track musical collaboration between Roettinger and No Age. It’s the tenth instalment in Soundscreen Design’s Artist Music Journals series, which each month asks a visual artist or musician to create a 24-page book of artworks inspired by their connection to music. Each edition is limited to 1000 copies, printed on thick stock, offset, box-scored and saddle stitched, and packaged in a 10″ jacket.
