Kill Em All are teaming up with Eat Your Own Ears and ASBO for a three-room special at Fabric on Friday 3 September.
Room 1 is headlined by Four Tet, playing a DJ set that will take in house, techno, garage, UK funky and much else besides. Riding high on the success of his most recent album, There Is Love In You, Kieran Hebden is in the form of his life, so there’s no better time to catch him in action. Hot Chip’s Joe Goddard will drop by to both DJ and perform live – presumably drawing on the winningly lopsided dancefloor material that appeared on his recent solo LP, Harvest Festival. Jamie XX will show off his command of dubstep and cutting edge bass music, with support from masked crusader SBTRKT and Bloggers Delight supremo Casper C.
Room 2 boasts live sets from Egyptian Hip Hop, techno brutalist Paul Chambers (whose most recent single was released on Erol Alkan’s Phantasy label) and post-punk revivalists Factory Floor, and DJ sets from Stopmakingme and Kill Em All founders Filthy Dukes.
Room 3 is curated by ASBO’s Riotous Rockers, who supplement a DJ from their good selves with appearances from The Glimmers and Alvin C.
