Exotic Pylon
returns to the Vortex in Dalsto, London on October 8 for another laudably diverse showcase of unearthly sounds.

Leading the charge is Bethnal Green’s finest experimental hip-hopper Infinite Livez, but we’re particularly excited about the planned set from Black To Comm. Black To Comm is the solo recording project of Marc Richter, who runs the Dekorder label (releases from the likes of Felix Kubin, Xela, Richard Youngs and Machinefabriek). His Alphabet 1968 album, released on Type last year, was an absolute delight.

Also performing will be Portia Winters and, intriguingly, the Exotic Pylon Sinfonia – a shifting collective starring Winters, Position Normal’s Christopher Baliff and Frances Morgan among others. Thorsten Sideb0ard, boss of Highpoint Lowlife, lends DJ support.

Tickets are priced at £8; for more information click here.
