A lot of people make dusty, twilight garage in the Burial mould, but not a lot do it that well.

Luckily, Texas’s VVV usually seems to hit the right notes. We were big fans of his Projects EP from earlier this year, and on ‘Linder Years’, a free download he hooked us up with, he shows that his way around a vocal and his mastery of end-of-night, dust-shining-in-light cluster effects are second to… well, not quite none, but very few.
