Everyone’s been going so nuts about LV and Joshua Idehen’s new album Routes that you’d be forgiven for forgetting that the London production trio also make plenty of good music without him.

The latest single from the crew features Message to Bears and South African vocalist Zaki Ibrahim. If Routes plunges the darkest depth of inner-city living, then ‘Explode’ – musically, at least – is the total antithesis to it, circling fields like the lightest pollen. It’s out now on 2nd Drop Records.
