R’n’b vocalist of the moment The Weeknd has posted a new song on YouTube, titled ‘The Birds (Part 1)’.

Like everything he’s put his name to so far, it sounds pretty great – though as the new picture [above] suggests, it’s a lot more colourful than anything on this year’s House of Balloons mixtape, full of military drums and screeching synths.

Thursday, The Weeknd’s new mixtape, is apparently due out late Summer.
