Phonica, Nonsense and Streets of Beige have teamed up to present the UK debut of Beautiful Swimmers.

A collaboration between Ari Goldman and Andrew Field-Pickering (a.k.a. Maxmillion Dunbar), Beautiful Swimmers have been steadily building a following over the last two years on the strength of their spatial Balearica and leftfield boogie, not to mention their recent remix of Teengirl Fantasy’s ‘Cheaters’. This is their first set together in the UK.

Support comes from Eglo’s Funkineven, whose forthcoming ‘Roland Jam’ single looks set to win him a batch of new supporters, Soft Rocks and a very special guest – who has just been revealed as none other than Kyle Hall. Yes, the Detroit house dynamo – boss of his own Wild Oats imprint and contributor to the likes of FXHE and Hyperdub – will be DJing with his customary flare and funk. The show takes place on Friday July 8 at a secret East London location (where else?) from 10pm to 5am. Early bird tickets are available now, priced at £6.

UPDATE: the venue for the show has just been announced – Bar 512 in Dalston.
