Matthew Dear will release a new album next year.

Titled Beam, the new record from the Detroit-born singer and producer will be released on Ghostly, and preceded by an EP titled Headcage. The only other information we have right now is that Headcage’s title track was co-produced by Fever Ray collaborators Van Rivers and the Subliminal Kid, and that it features The Drums singer Jonathan Pierce on a track called ‘In the Middle (I Met You There)’.
