London's Jack Dixon readies release for Hotflush

The impressive newcomer announces a new record.

According to XLR8R, Jack Dixon’s ‘E’ and ‘Find Shelter’ “sit somewhere between the early-morning techno dancefloors of Berlin and the murky sweatbox raves of late-night South London.”

The prolific producer bridges the divide between house and minimal techno, releasing music via the Take, Skint, Apollo/R&S, and Discobelle labels; he was also featured on Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Electr*c 2.

His first record for Scuba’s Hotflush imprint, the 12″ EP drops on November 5. Dixon’s Baleric ‘Spin Drive’ was recently released on Leftroom Records; stream the track below.
