The debut Eastern Electrics day festival went off a treat.
The likes of Joy O, Nina Kraviz and Azari & III descended on the capital for a fine first festival foray by the established club promoters. For those who missed the inaugural shindig, good news: the crew will return next year for a second crack at the whip.
Eastern Electrics Festival 2013 is a much-expanded beast, running from August 2-4 at an as-yet-named outdoor site “40 mins from central London”. Camping will also be on the cards. Fifteen different promotors will take charge of the line-up, with hosts including Crosstown Rebels, Black Atlantic, Futurboogie, mulletover, secretsundaze, Krankbrother, Elrow, Just Jack, Junk Department, LWE and Krush.
The first wave of acts will be announced in early January. Tickets and further information are available here.
