FKA Twigs announces debut album for Young Turks

The London chanteuse follows EP1 and EP2… with LP1.

Tahliah Barnett debuted as FKA Twigs at the tail end of 2012, breaking through last year with her Arca-produced EP2 and a pair of visually striking music videos; she also collaborated with brotherly duo Inc.

On August 12, Barnett will release her debut album, simply titled LP1, via Young Turks. Before the album drops, she’ll embark on a brief North American tour; those dates follow, along with the cover art (by collaborator Jesse Kanda) and tracklist. No details on what to expect from the album, but these titles are all new.
