Bedouin Records announce new 12" from J Tijn

The label in the desert serve up three cuts of raw, damaged techno.

UAE-based Bedouin Records has emerged as one of the year’s most unusual and interesting new imprints. Since kicking off with the Arabic-influenced electronic experiments of Allison Chanic’s Painlessly In Love back in April, the label helmed by Salem Rashid has delivered a handful of exceptional 12″s. Each release is an exercise in dark, twisted electronics, from Dez Williams’ acid and electro stylings to The Pleiadian Adventure, a limited cassette from jungle pioneer Krust.

Bedouin have unveiled their latest release, this time from London techno producer J Tijn. Tijn has a trio of 12″s on Untold’s Pennyroyal imprint under his belt, and his offering for Bedouin sits in similarly murky techno territory. BDN 005 contains three slices of warehouse-ready ruffage that you can preview below.

The 180g 12″ will be released in late January, limited to 300 copies.
