Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran swept up at this year’s BRIT Awards.

The annual awards, this time designed by Tracey Emin, were given out at a ceremony hosted by Ant & Dec in London’s O2 Arena last night (February 25) .

After filling up at Nando’s, Kanye West performed his new track ‘All Day’ backed by Boy Better Know and a bunch of other grime stars wielding blowtorches, while Madonna took a tumble when her cape malfunctioned during her show. Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran, Paloma Faith, Royal Blood, George Ezra and Take That also performed.
