Bey unbottles her new record in the flesh.
Despite controversy over a potential police boycott, Beyoncé’s ‘Formation’ world tour kicked off as planned last night (April 28) at Marlins Park in Miami, where the signer debuted a slew of songs from her surprise-released new album Lemonade.
At the New York Times reports, Bey performed ‘Sorry,’ ‘Hold Up,’ and ‘Don’t Hurt Yourself” from the new LP, along with other tracks.
Thanking her “beautiful husband” Jay Z, she also paid tribute to Prince by playing his classic track ‘Purple Rain’.
