“Flesh, sweat, feeling, muscle, and a live movement.”

FKA twigs is to release a new 52-minute feature film called Soundtrack 7.

The film collects live performances from her week-long residency at Manchester International Festival last year, which twigs initially captured in seven separate segments. She has described Soundtrack 7 as “flesh, sweat, feeling, muscle, and a live movement, no air brushing, no frills.” No release date has been confirmed as yet.

Twigs recently shared clips from the free dance workshop she hosted in Baltimore, but hasn’t officially released any new music since February’s ‘Good To Love’ single.

Earlier this month, the experimental artist debuted a trio of new songs at a live performance in Moscow. Having hinted that she may be working with Oneothrix Point Never, this crop of tracks could be the result of that collaboration. Watch one of the clips below.
