The rapper’s driver’s license has also been suspended for a year.

Kodak Black has been sentenced to 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to two misdemeanour drug charges in a Florida court on Monday (September 19), reports the Sun Sentinel.

The Florida rapper, real name Dieuson Octave, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis, and a misdemeanor charge of use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He will reportedly not serve the entire four months, with time already served in prison while awaiting trial to count towards his sentence.

Octave was initially arrested back in April for weapon and marijuana possession and taken into custody. In August it was reported that he would would be released from prison and placed under house arrest for a year following a plea deal. However, that deal was then halted when Broward County authorities found a pair of additional arrest warrants from St. Lucie City, Florida: the misdemeanor marijuana charge detailed above, and a warrant for sexual battery in Florence, South Carolina.

Black is scheduled for release from St. Lucie County jail on November 30, but could face up to another 30 years in prison if found guilty of the sexual battery charge.
