The album will be the iconic songwriter’s first in 25 years.

Roger Waters has given fans a look inside the recording of his upcoming album which he’s been working on with Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich.

The pair shared both a picture and a video of themselves in the studio. Waters can be seen playing bass while sitting at the studio board with Godrich behind him excitedly playing air-drums to the track.

The news of the pair’s collaboration first broke in October 2016. Waters said at the time he was inspired to work with Godrich after he produced the 3-disc live album of his tour of The Wall in 2015. Waters admitted that he’s never listened to any of Godrich’s work with Radiohead.

Watch them below and look for more later this year.
