Solange, The xx, Stormzy, Lorde, BBK… and a whole lot more.

Glastonbury Festival has unveiled its first wave of names for 2017.

Radiohead, Foo Fighters and Ed Sheeran were previously announced as this year’s headliners and Nile Rodgers, Wiley and The Avalanches have already confirmed they will be performing.

This morning it was revealed that Major Lazer, The National, Ride, DJ Shadow, Thundercat, Anderson. Paak and Solange are among the other acts joining them on the bill.

Other highlights from the lineup – with more to be announced very soon, according to organiser Emily Eavis – include Metronomy, Sampha and Kano. Check out the poster below.

The festival will have a fallow year in 2018 before returning to its Worthy Farm site the following year.

Organisers Michael and Emily Eavis are also planning to launch a new festival, named the Variety Bazaar, in a different location in 2021.

This year’s Glastonbury Festival takes place between June 21-25.
