The band haven’t released a full-length in over 10 years.

Prog metal icons Tool may have teased their long-awaited new album with a new image including the date June 24.

Tool already had a reputation for working slow with five years passing between album like Ænima and Lateralus, but after their 2006 release 10,000 Days, they fell silent. The band provided updates every few years saying they were recording, but have been particularly active recently, announcing a North American tour in March.
